Legislative Advocacy Trainings

The 2022 legislative session in New Mexico is just around the corner! As we prepare to protect and advance civil liberties across the state, we are asking for your help to make that possible.

Join us January 12 to 14 for Legislative Advocacy Training events across the state of New Mexico. Dates include:

January 12 at 5:30 p.m. - Las Cruces:: Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave.
Spanish language translation available for this event.

January 13 at 5:30 p.m. - Santa Fe:: UU Church Santa Fe, 107 W. Barcelona Rd.

January 14 at 5:30 p.m. - Albuquerque:: Albuquerque Center for Peace and Justice, 202 Harvard Dr. SE

During the training, we will teach you how to have persuasive conversations with legislators, how the legislative process works, and how you can be a part of the legislative process to protecting and advancing civil liberties in New Mexico.
