The ACLU of Nebraska is working to end the growing police presence in our schools, which fuels the school-to-prison pipeline. We are also working to ensure that schools establish strong safeguards to protect students' civil rights and to mitigate the impacts of the school-to-prison pipeline which disproportionately impact students of color and students with disabilities.
