Join the ACLU of Michigan to learn about the landscape of abortion access in Michigan after Proposal 3—and the barriers that still impact so many people seeking care.

In this session, we’ll walk through the many laws that limit access to care in Michigan and give you tools to have conversations about the importance of removing these harmful restrictions.

Michigan voters overwhelmingly passed Proposal 3 in November 2022—enshrining the explicit right to reproductive freedom in our state constitution. But, for too many people, abortion access remains out of reach due to overly burdensome laws that block people from accessing care. Join the ACLU of Michigan for our Abortion Activist Series where you’ll learn about the barriers to abortion care in Michigan and how you can talk with your lawmaker about expanding access to important healthcare. Each session will feature a call to action so that you can learn some of the most effective ways to advocate for abortion access.
