Maryland recently banned the sale of all cellphone location data and Massachusetts should too!

Please lead the way on data privacy by banning the sale of all cellphone location data — to protect access to reproductive health care, and provide security for domestic violence survivors, children, military servicemembers and their families, and people of faith targeted by extremists, too.

Time and time again, Massachusetts lawmakers have stepped up to preserve, defend, and push forward freedom. I’m grateful for actions the Legislature has taken in recent years to respond to grave threats to civil liberties.
