In New Mexico, your rights to access gender affirming care and the full spectrum of reproductive health care, including abortion are safe. With your help, we will keep it that way.

The Reproductive and Gender Affirming Health Care Freedom Act (HB 7) will make it clear that any attempts by local lawmakers to limit the access to gender affirming and reproductive health care will be considered illegal. The Reproductive and Gender-Affirming Health Care Protection Act (SB 13) will add more protections for reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare than we, or any other state, has been able to offer in the history of our nation.
