Tell NH lawmakers: protect abortion access now
Act Now
In New Hampshire, access to abortion remains legal today up to 24 weeks, and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.
However, alongside the U.S. Supreme Court's decision decimating reproductive rights, anti-abortion extremists and politicians have made it clear they are working to ban abortion nationwide, including here in the Granite State.
What was unfathomable mere months ago – taking away our ability to control our own bodies and futures and allowing states to criminalize people seeking and providing health care – is now a fight at our front door.
But we have the power to fight back: and a key part of doing so is ensuring that our lawmakers know where we want them to stand.
Send an email to your state lawmakers and tell them that with the fundamental right to abortion under real threat in New Hampshire, now is the time for them to draw a line in the sand and make clear that pregnant people must be able to seek abortion care without shame, stigma, or unnecessary obstacles.
