Tell Lawmakers: Support the VOTES Act

Take Action Now

In 2020, Massachusetts passed several temporary measures to protect voting rights and strengthen our elections during the pandemic. These measures included highly successful expansions to vote-by-mail and early in-person voting. The VOTES Act would make these measures permanent.

But the VOTES Act is much more than that. It would further strengthen free and fair elections in the Commonwealth by adding same day registration, risk-limiting audits, and jail-based voting reforms. We need lawmakers to support all of these measures.
