Right now, Massachusetts suspends driver's licenses for outstanding traffic, toll, and other fines and fees. The result is that tens of thousands of Massachusetts residents are struggling to survive – all because they can't lawfully drive.

The Road to Opportunity Act (H.3662/S.2368) would end debt-based license suspensions, allowing safe drivers to keep earning money and caring for their families. This would lighten the heavy burden on our courts and boost our state economy.
