House Bill 66 would expand full-day pre-Kindergarten to all families in the commonwealth.
Your State Senator
Your State House Representative
No person should be forced to choose between their paycheck and caring for their children. House Bill 66 would give Kentucky families some of the support they need by expanding full-day pre-Kindergarten.
Inadequate access to safe and affordable childcare has disproportionate effects on women and people of color. Many people are forced out of the workforce when forced to choose between their job and caring for their children. Kentucky has lower rates of women’s workforce participation than most other states. This has been exacerbated by the pandemic and requires expanded access to childcare.
Expanding access to childcare will help people grow in their careers while they also grow their families. This will strengthen families, communities, and our economy. As your constituent, I respectfully urge you to support House Bill 66 to expand full-day pre-Kindergarten to all Kentuckians.

ABOUT HONORIFIC TITLES
Many public officials use "web mail forms" that this system will send your message to, so you don't have to visit their web sites to communicate with them. The systems that some of these officials use requires that the honorific field be used (Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc.).
Unfortunately, we do not have control of which honorific titles are presented as options. We must adhere to what the officials are using in order for your message to be delivered.
