End System Fees in L.A. County Now

TAKE ACTION NOW

L.A. County has a responsibility to ensure that all its community members, regardless of race, income or zip code, receive equal justice and a fair chance to succeed. But the county currently uses the criminal system to extract thousands of dollars in fees from system-involved individuals and their families, creating barriers to successful reentry and undermining economic stability.

It's time for L.A. County to end its assessment and collection of system fees. Tell the L.A. Board of Supervisors to repeal system fees now.

Your Message
Dear Los Angeles Board of Supervisors,

As an L.A. County resident, I urge you to act now to put an end to the criminal system fees burdening our county's most economically vulnerable families. The Board of Supervisors has the power to repeal the authorization for those fees and to immediately stop the collection of fees the county has already assessed.

It's time for L.A. County to end its assessment and collection of system fees, so that all of us can move forward together and succeed.

Sincerely,
