The message:

Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, abortion access in our country has become completely fractured: More than a dozen states have total abortion bans, and several more harshly restrict this essential care. Even where abortion is legal, people seeking care face serious barriers because of cost, distance, arbitrary gestational limits, and immigration status.

And the access we have left is at risk. Without Roe's protections, Congress, the federal courts, and a hostile presidential administration can roll back abortion rights nationwide at any moment. But the truth is, Roe was never enough. The right to abortion means nothing without access. We need a federal law that ensures everyone can get the care they need – regardless of income, immigration status, or where they live. Tell Congress to guarantee meaningful access to abortion nationwide.
