Pass AB 1760 – Privacy For All

Take Control of Your Privacy

As Californians, we have a constitutional right to privacy. But for years, tech companies like Facebook, Google, and Amazon have been playing fast and loose with our personal information. Cambridge Analytica, massive data breaches, and online discrimination have been the result.

It’s time to take back control, hold tech companies accountable, and make privacy for all a reality in California.

That’s why we’re co-sponsoring AB 1760: Privacy for All, a bill introduced by Assemblymember Buffy Wicks, to put Californians back in charge of their personal information.

The bill will ensure that we each have the power to control how our personal information is used or shared. It gives us the knowledge about what personal information companies collect and who they share it with. And it makes sure companies follow the law and can’t try to stop us from exercising our privacy rights.

Your California state lawmakers needs to hear from you. Ask them to support AB 1760 today.
