The Arkansas Legislature is considering a bill that would condone discrimination and allow people to be denied health care for a whole host of reasons, including on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
Senate Bill 289 would allow any medical provider to refuse to provide life-saving health services purely on the basis of conscience. Religious liberty is a fundamental freedom – but it doesn't give anyone the right to discriminate against people for who they are.
Tell your state representative to stand against discrimination and vote "no" on Senate Bill 289.
