Fight Back Against the Attacks on Women's Health
UPDATE 5/13/2014: Missouri politicians are playing doctor, yet again. Anti-women legislators want to force a woman to wait 72 hours for an abortion, even though she’s already met with a health care professional and made her decision.
The state senate just passed the bill, and a similar version has already passed the house. Help us protect the right of Missouri women to make private medical decisions without political interference.
States across the country are in competition with each other to pass extreme abortion bans and cruel attacks on women's reproductive health care.
In 2014, state legislators introduced more than 300 bills designed to limit access to reproductive health care. 2015 holds more of the same. These bills mandate political intrusion in private medical decisions. They block the use of common fertility treatments, emergency contraception, and abortion. And we cannot let them pass without a fight.
It’s more important than ever that we spread the word that politicians should not be interfering in our most personal, private medical decisions.
Show politicians where you stand by signing the pledge to stand up for women's health.
