If you have been tested, please tell us when, where, and how many times.
If a doctor or counselor suggested you get the BRCA genetic test, but you could not get tested for financial reasons, please tell us what the financial limitations were (for example, you could not afford the test, or your insurance did not fully cover the test).
If you want to determine the BRCA status of a deceased relative, please describe why and whether you have been able to do so.
If you were tested, and had concerns about the testing process, please describe what happened (for example, the test results were unclear or incorrect, or you were told that you needed to get tested for a second time).
If you were tested and want to be tested again, please tell us why.
