We know what the threat of a second Trump administration and a one-party-controlled Governor's Office, Executive Council, state House of Representatives, and state Senate could mean for reproductive freedom in the Granite State. Many are understandably fearful of what this might bring, including threats to abortion access, emergency contraception, birth control, IVF, and the freedom to make private and personal healthcare decisions free from government scrutiny.
But we've been here before, we are clear-eyed about the reality, and will not back down. While campaigning, Governor-elect Ayotte emphatically pledged that she would not allow any additional bans or continued erosion of abortion rights in New Hampshire, and we are here to hold her and all state lawmakers accountable to that pledge using every tool in our toolbelt.
Join our fight by adding your name to the petition telling Granite State lawmakers: don't drop the ball on reproductive freedom this coming legislative session.
We the people of New Hampshire will not tolerate any attacks on our reproductive freedom, and we will not stand for any policies that limit the freedom to make our own personal healthcare decisions like bans, incursions on our medical privacy, or needless rules and requirements. The vast majority of Granite Staters like me have made clear time and again that we support abortion rights, and this year, we’ll be watching closely and holding all lawmakers accountable. I urge my lawmakers: do not drop the ball on reproductive freedom this coming legislative session.
