No 287g Agreements in Kansas

Our local community resources should be used to keep Kansans safe, not do ICE's jobs for them.

Across the country and here in Kansas, masked ICE agents are separating families, arresting citizens and legal residents, and deporting many people without their day in court. This is largely facilitated through optional contracts that local governments enter into with ICE called 287(g) Agreements.

That's why we launched our latest Immigrants' Rights campaign, Opportunity Forward, to defend due process and keep reckless ICE’s behavior out of our communities. Our city and county officials can say no to assisting with these federal intrusions in our neighborhoods – and can restore trust between our community and our local law enforcement.

By signing up here today, you’ll officially be added to our statewide base of volunteers to receive activation opportunities in the wake of any attacks on Kansas Immigrants related to 287g Agreements we know to come.

Join our fight against Washington's deportation agenda and say NO to 287g Agreements in your neighborhoods.
