End Mass Surveillance in Ohio

Most recent signers:
Flock and other automatic license plate readers (ALPRs) are taking over our neighborhoods, tracking our movements, and examining our personal behavior. The government is collecting data on millions of Americans everyday with no warrant, no probable cause, and no individualized suspicion of wrongdoing.
Whether or not ALPRs have hit your community yet, companies are getting rich off our data, police officers have been found misusing it to stalk exes and intimidate their critics, and reporting highlights some ICE officers have used it to further terrorize immigrant communities.
While Flock Safety is the corporation currently facing widespread public scrutiny – for good reason – the existential threat to our freedom goes well beyond one company or one type of technology. The surveillance industry at large is in the business of profiting off our privacy – we must fight the Big Tech and Big Brother partnership.
Ohio elected officials have the power to rein in these mass surveillance tools, so let's make sure they hear us loud and clear: No Flock. No ALPRs. No exceptions. No excuses.
