The message:

Going to the grocery store or seeing a concert shouldn’t mean you fork over your most sensitive biometric information to be analyzed and compared against watch lists. But in a growing number of stores, venues and other places of public accommodation, businesses are secretly scanning customers and subjecting them to invasive, error-prone, and biased biometric surveillance.

Take action:

Tell state lawmakers to ban biometric surveillance in public accommodations.
