President-Elect Trump: We Will Not Tolerate An Attack On Our Reproductive Rights

We know what the threat of a Trump administration means for reproductive freedom. Despite Trump's efforts to distance his campaign from Project 2025, both Trump’s official platform and Project 2025's proposals share key policies that would attack our rights – including our reproductive rights. Trump’s allies have laid out plans that include attacks on medication abortion, coming after access to birth control, and even an effective nationwide ban on abortion through the misuse of an outdated statute from 1873 called the Comstock Act.

But we will not go back to 1873 – and we will not back down. The ACLU is fully-equipped to take on this fight.
