Congress: Publish the Equal Rights Amendment!

In 2022, our state made history by adding the country's most expansive and comprehensive Equal Rights Amendment to the Nevada Constitution.

We've done a lot of work in Nevada to protect our rights, but we can't forget that it's been over 50 years since the federal Equal Rights Amendment was passed by Congress and sent to the states for ratification. To this day, it still has not been recognized as the 28th Amendment of the Constitution.

Today, the fight comes down to Congress approving legislation to validate the Equal Rights Amendment and to urge the U.S. Archivist to immediately publish it.

We're asking Nevadans to support attempts at the federal level that contribute to finally establishing the Equal Rights Amendment in the Constitution. Can we count on you?
