Worcester CCOPS Organizing Meeting
Thursday, September 20, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Park View Room
230 Park Avenue, 2nd fl (Above Cornerstone Bank)

We will give a brief presentation on what a community control over police surveillance (CCOPS) ordinance looks like and why it is important, and then we will match you with the simple, critical actions you can take to help us to victory.

The ACLU model ordinance requires accountability, transparency, and meaningful community input about whether the city can purchase surveillance technology and how it is used. For more information and resources, go to aclum.org/community-control.

We are ready to advance this ordinance in Worcester, but we need your help! Please join us to learn how together, we can improve police accountability and transparency.
