Have You Lost Your Right to Vote Due to a Felony Conviction?
In Tennessee, individuals convicted of a felony lose their right to vote. However, in some cases, people with felony convictions can have their right to vote restored.
Our goal is to provide an analysis for people who want to find out whether or not they are eligible to restore their right to vote, to provide them with the appropriate resources for their particular situation, and if applicable, to help them with the process for restoring their voting rights.
In order to do this, we need to collect some information about your criminal history.
Please fill out this form as completely as possible. If we need information in addition to what is on this form, we will contact you.
All legal services provided by ACLU-TN are free of charge. Completing this form does not obligate ACLU-TN to represent you.
Please do not click away from this page until you see a new page that says “YOUR INFORMATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED” or your survey answers will not be saved.
