Support the ACLU of Florida Foundation
For 60 years, the ACLU of Florida has been our state’s guardian of liberty, working in courts, legislatures, and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the Constitution and the laws of the United States guarantee everyone in this country.
Whether it’s protecting our First Amendment rights from government censorship, preserving the freedom to vote, defending abortion access, or challenging discriminatory laws that harm immigrants and LGBTQ+ people, the ACLU of Florida takes up the toughest civil liberties cases and issues to defend all people from government abuse and overreach.
This work to protect the borders of our Constitution requires constant vigilance and is only possible with your support.
Each year, individuals and institutions — including foundations, unions, and corporations — demonstrate their commitment to those shared constitutional values through steady gifts and grants to the ACLU Foundation of Florida.
With your generous gift, we can continue to forge forward in freedom’s name—for Florida, for the people.

As of July 1, 2025, the Florida legislature instituted changes to the law that affect charitable organizations by prohibiting the solicitation or acceptance of funds from individuals or entities associated with a "foreign source of concern," defined in the statute to include the governments, official political parties or party members, entities organized under or doing business in (including subsidiaries, agents or affiliates), individuals who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents domiciled in, the following designated countries: China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, and Syria – or individuals or entities "controlled" by one of the above parties that holds at least a 25% interest or voting control or any representative or intermediary acting on behalf of the aforementioned.
I certify that neither I nor any entity I control is a "foreign source of concern" as defined in Fla. Stat. § 496.404, and that this contribution is not made on behalf of such a source. I further certify that no foreign source exercises 25% or more voting or profit control over any entity through which this contribution is made. I understand that misrepresentation may subject me to penalties under Florida law.
