Having problems voting in Tennessee?
ACLU-TN is collecting information about problems Tennessee voters experience at the polls during the 2020 election. We are interested in hearing about any problems that you encounter while trying to vote, such as not appearing on the voter list at your poll despite registering by the deadline, malfunctions with electronic voting machines, attempts to prevent a voter from casting a ballot, improper attempts to influence a voter’s decision or any other voting irregularity or problem.
Due to the number of complaints we receive, we are not able to respond to everyone who files a complaint. We hope to use the information we collect from you and other voters to correct voting issues either on Election Day and/or in future elections.
ACLU-TN encourages you to file a complaint with your local election commission and/or the state election commission in addition to completing this form.; If your complaint involves a civil liberties issue that is not voting-related, please visit our Get Help page.
Please fill out this form as completely as possible. Completion of this form does not mean that ACLU-TN is representing you nor that ACLU-TN is guaranteed to file a lawsuit on your behalf. If ACLU-TN needs additional information, a representative will contact you.
