"Free the Vote" – A Documentary by the ACLU of Maryland

Free the Vote, a new documentary by the ACLU of Maryland, takes a journey in history to show how denying the right to vote of people who are incarcerated is rooted in a deeply racist system, focusing on the stories of directly impacted people in Maryland.
