As we are watching history repeat itself in real time, we are reminded of one eternal truth: what we do today, matters tomorrow.

For almost 75 years, the ACLU of Minnesota has been defending people's civil liberties to protect against violating government overreach. Because of those that came before us, and the work they did, we have the protections and tools to defend civil liberties today. Now is the time that we must become the shoulders future generations stand on.
