Defend Democracy Fund

Our freedom to vote has faced a coordinated attack on multiple fronts. The ACLU is fighting back with everything we have, but we need your help to ensure that every eligible voter can vote, that ballots are fairly counted, that elections are properly certified, and that the will of voters is respected.

With Election Day just weeks away, there's not a moment to waste. Donate to the Defend Democracy Fund to power our critical work protecting civil liberties through November 3 and beyond.

Contributions to the American Civil Liberties Union are not tax deductible.
