ACLU of Oklahoma Liberty Gala
For over six decades, the ACLU of Oklahoma has worked tirelessly in the courts, the legislature, and communities across the state to expand the constitutional protections afforded to all Oklahomans, regardless of background or ideology. And that work continues today.
The Liberty Gala is a night to celebrate the over 60 years of tireless work in the courts, the legislature, and communities across the state to expand the constitutional protections afforded to all Oklahomans, regardless of background or ideology.

We are proud to have W. Kamau Bell serve as the event's keynote speaker. Bell is a comedian, author, and filmmaker. His CNN docu-series "United Shades of America" won five Emmy awards, and he was awarded a Peabody for his docu-series "We Need To Talk About Cosby." He is most proud of his Emmy award-winning documentary short "1000% Me: Growing Up Mixed." Bell is on the board of Donors Choose and Live Free and is a dedicated ACLU racial justice ambassador.
The ACLU's work on behalf of all Oklahomans has never been more essential than it is now. We look forward to seeing you!
