Come join the Safety not Surveillance coalition to discuss privacy rights, racial justice and tech.

Plugging In: Surveillance, Privacy and Racial Justice.
Wednesday, October 20, 6 – 7:30pm
1720 NE Madison St #14 Minneapolis, MN

Fighting for safer communities demands we tackle mass surveillance and unethical technology.

As the lines between technology and society blur to the point of nonexistence, we must fight to ensure the universal principles of human rights are baked into our understanding and experiences with the internet, public safety, and technology.

The event is co-sponsored by the Safety not Surveillance coalition including the ACLU of Minnesota, Reclaim the Block, IDH (Institute for Digital Humanities), and the Institute for Aesthetic Advocacy (IAA).
