Join us to celebrate our 60th Anniversary!

Join us as we celebrate the 60-year legacy of the ACLU of Georgia and, together, recommit to the urgent work of protecting our democracy.

The evening's centerpiece will be a conversation between civil rights icon Andrew Young and W. Kamau Bell, the standup comedian, television host, and ACLU ambassador for social justice.

Ambassador Young, whose lifelong fight for civil rights and civil liberties continues unabated, will receive our inaugural Democracy Award, which will thereafter be given in his name.

The ACLU of Georgia is dedicated to ensuring that Georgia is a state that guarantees all persons the civil liberties and rights contained in the U.S. and Georgia Constitutions and the Bill of Rights.
