For 70 years, the ACLU of Indiana has been showing up to defend equality, liberty, and justice for all Hoosiers - and we know in times like these, how important it is to keep showing up.

We are prepared for whatever the future holds, but we cannot do this vital work without you fighting alongside us. Together we can create a future where Hoosiers' civil rights and liberties are safe and equal. We will fight to defend the rights of women, black and brown Hoosiers, and our LGBTQ community members, as well as others who have seen bias and bigotry, threaten the rights afforded to all of us.
