Congress has failed to act to restore habeas corpus, end torture and rendition, and close Guantanamo. Congress, led by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, has caved in to Bush fear-mongering and expanded a spying program they should be investigating and ending. Let's call a sheep a sheep.
